1. Payment and Billing:
a) Invoices issued by DAQ Alimentos must be paid in full unless another payment term is specified on the invoice or order.
b) In case of non-payment by the due date, DAQ Alimentos reserves the right to charge fixed interest corresponding to 10% of the outstanding amount. Additionally, DAQ Alimentos may suspend the provision of services without prior notice in the event of late payment.
c) If payment remains outstanding after sixty (60) days from the due date, DAQ Alimentos reserves the right to use the services of a debt collection agency. All legal expenses incurred will be the customer's responsibility.
2. Order Processing and Shipping:
a) All retail orders placed online before 14:00 (local time) from Monday to Thursday will be processed for shipment the next business day.
b) Delivery time for each shipping carrier is beyond our control and may vary depending on the shipping destination.
c) Orders received on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped the next business day, i.e., on Monday.
2.1 Shipping Notification and Tracking:
a) Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
b) Using this tracking number, you can track the status of your package. We recommend periodically checking the tracking information to stay informed about the delivery progress.
c) When we generate the tracking number, we request the shipping carrier to pick up your package. However, there may be delays in the pickup by the shipping carrier. In such cases, we will contact you to inform you and expedite the process.
2.2 Delivery Time:
a) Delivery time is subject to the chosen shipping carrier.
b) Due to circumstances beyond our company’s control, there may be delays in delivery.
2.3 Responsibility:
a) We strive to ensure the successful delivery of your orders; however, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused during transportation by the shipping carrier.
b) Any claim or dispute related to delivery should be directed to the respective shipping carrier.
c) If you experience any issues with your order or have any questions, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
2.4 Changes and Cancellations:
a) Once your order has been processed and shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
b) We recommend carefully reviewing your order details before confirming it.
3. Tax Withholding:
a) Some countries may apply tax withholdings on invoice amounts according to their internal legislation. Any tax withholding must be paid by the customer directly to the respective tax authorities.
b) DAQ Alimentos is not responsible for costs related to a country’s legislation. The invoice amount due to DAQ Alimentos does not include any costs associated with the legislation of the customer’s country.
4. Provision of Services and Responsibility:
a) DAQ Alimentos strives to provide efficient services within the agreed timelines. However, the company’s obligations do not guarantee specific results.
b) DAQ Alimentos cannot be required by the customer to act as a third party in claims or damages presented against the customer by a final consumer.
c) Any claim must be notified to DAQ Alimentos by a letter sent via certified mail to the company’s registered office within 8 days after the delivery of the goods or services.
5. Governing Law:
All contractual relationships between the customer and DAQ Alimentos are exclusively governed by the laws of Mexico.
